Christine brings a strong advertising foundation to her recruiting work, having spent several years at TBWA/Chiat/Day before transitioning into talent search. After building her practice independently, she joined Gilly & Co, where she supports clients by placing talent from entry-level roles through executive leadership across the advertising and marketing landscape. In 2026, Christine is taking on the lead role as Founder while Gilly steps into a supporting role, with a new company name change to Christine&Gilly&Co.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys cooking for friends and family, playing the French Horn with the LA Pierce College concert band in Woodland Hills, and keeping up with her favorite podcasts.

Born and raised in London, Gilly spent her formative years pursuing her first love and passion, music. She was initiated into Advertising in the 80's in London, before moving to LA where she started working as a creative recruiter and has never looked back. Today, as the Founder of Gilly & Co, she works exclusively with creatives and executives. She is happily married with two daughters, loves to cook, and many know her as an avid soccer fan.
